Hi! I'm Ryan, and I founded Backsplash Decor in 2012 with a singular mission: to be the best at installing backsplashes. Sure, I could tile floors, showers, tub surrounds, and fireplaces, but I wanted to excel at one thing, and that's how Backsplash Decor came to life.
I grew up and still live in Kitchener. When I'm not busy creating stunning backsplashes, you'll find me tackling home renovation projects, cooking, mountain biking, sipping coffee, or hanging out with my dogs, Gordon and Wally. Gordon, who was adopted from the humane society in 2015, inspired me to donate 1% of all sales to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society.
